Ayatutu Ka Se Foundation is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria as a non-profit and non-political organization that shall serve as a platform for sourcing funds and partnerships for the development of the Tiv nation. It is a concept that is hinged on the believe that:

It is better to light a candle than to keep cursing the darkness.

The concept of Ayatutu Ka Se Foundation herein after referred to as the 'Foundation' was initiated to enable the Tiv Area Traditional Council under the Tor Tiv's leadership to provide support and complement the effort of governments and peoples of good will in the development of the Tiv nation.

Vision

The Vision of Ayatutu Ka Se Foundation is to work for a peaceful, Developed and Egalitarian Tiv Nation actively contributing to the aspirations and yearnings of other Ethnic nationalities within the committee of the Nigerian Nation.

Mission

The mission of the Foundation is "To ensure the development of the Tiv nation through community based collaborative effort supported by members and friends of Tiv nation and to do so through partnerships and with integrity using internationally accepted best practices".

Aims and Objectives of the Foundation

The aims and objectives of the Foundation as contained in its constitution are:

• To identify, promote, cater for and uphold the welfare of the Tiv people and work to tackle all other incidental issues affecting the collective well-being of the Tiv people all of the world.
• To promote unity, peaceful coexistence and cooperation among Tiv people and their neighbors all over the world.
• To promote the fear of God and encourage religious tolerance among the Tiv people and their neighbours.
• To promote and encourage the teaching and speaking of Tiv language in schools and among Tiv people all over the world.
• To promote modern Agricultural value chain practices, agribusiness and marketing as a tool for poverty eradication and food security.
• To promote entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial skills acquisition among Tiv youths and facilitate women empowerment.
• To promote science and technology education and provide scholarships for Tiv indigent student.
• To promote sporting activities within the Tiv nation as a tool to engender unity and harness sport talents and skills inherent among the people.
• To promote and preserve the cultural values and heritage of the Tiv people.
• To promote good health and sanitation and hygiene by carrying out medical outreaches and practices of WASH activities in Tiv land.
• Above all, promote, partnership and networking between, civil society organizations, non-governmental organizations, private sector and the international donors for sustainability.
