Tiv land is greatly endowed with a fertile arable land, and favourable climate, and nutrient-rich plant that are suitable for exponential production of crops and animals. The agricultural activities of Tiv farmers have given rise to Benue’s appellation of “Food Basket of the Nation”. To curb the scourge of poverty in Tiv land, entrepreneurship must be taught and entrenched in the fabric of every Tiv enclave. A society with entrepreneurs thrives economically, and consequently has low crime rate. Equitably, the Foundation will educate and create Tiv entrepreneurs, cutting across the various social segments (i.e. youths, women), leaving none behind.  Read more...


Reformation and transformation begins in the mind. A people’s mindset and general outlook determine their success rate. As such, youth reorientation, value reorientation as well as shifts in inimical socio-cultural norms are the heart of the Foundation’s Social and Behaviour Change initiatives. We view youth development, and women development as two related but different forms of intervention. Youth and women are not and should not be treated as fringes as is often the case with most government setups. They constitute the crux of Tiv land and every society in population.
