To curb the scourge of poverty in Tiv land, entrepreneurship must be taught and entrenched in the fabric of every Tiv enclave. A society with entrepreneurs thrives economically, and consequently has low crime rate. Equitably, the Foundation will educate and create Tiv entrepreneurs, cutting across the various social segments (i.e. youths, women), leaving none behind. With an annual budget of seven billion Naira (N7 billion), we will achieve the following:

1. Set up skills acquisition centres where there is none, and leverage on existing ones to train and build entrepreneurial skills in the teeming youths and women.
2. Periodically organise business expertise and capacity development workshops across intermediate areas. The goal is to aide existing businesses grow, and have dying ones revived.
3. Sponsorship of media campaigns aimed at reorientation, and paradigm shift to enable Tiv people become business oriented.
4. Establishment of Ayatutu Ka Se Microfinance Bank which is aimed at providing business Start-ups and Acceleration funding to Tiv entrepreneurs, especially those who have passed through the Foundation’s training programmes. These funds will be in form of low-interest loans, and are to be accessed through simple but strict terms, based on one’s business feasibility and their character.
