The Foundation seeks to be the major promoter of Tiv language, culture , Tourism, and a beacon for the propagation of Peaceful Coexistence. To achieve this goal, Ayatutu Ka Se Foundation has an annual budget of three hundred and fifty million Naira (N350,000,000), which shall be deployed to:

1. Support scholarly works in Tiv language, as well as publication on Tiv language, Tiv history and Tiv culture etc that aims at education, enlightenment and preservation of Tiv culture and language, as well as address historical distortions and cultural aberrations.
2. Support the institutionalising of Tiv language in Secondary Schools and the writing of same in Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations (i.e. WAEC, NECO, GCE etc). To this effect, the Foundation shall support the development of curricula for Tiv language for Basic, Secondary and Tertiary schools.
3. Support the emergence of more Tiv Authors and Scholars, including writing of books and development of curricula for the teaching of sciences in Tiv language.
4. Organize periodic cultural festivals and competitions. This is for Tiv traditional art forms such as Crafts, Dance, Singing, Sports, Tiv language poetry etc, and fabrics.
