Ayatutu Ka Se Foundation is dedicated to providing critical infrastructural and basic amenities support, especially in the rural communities, where deficits exist.

1. Drilling of boreholes in rural communities where scarcity of good water exists.
2. Construction of dams for agricultural use i.e. irrigation farming
3. Construction of culverts and bridges in communities where linkage to major roads and markets is hampered by absence or break down of bridges.
4. Set up of or renovation of existing Primary Healthcare Centres in rural communities in Tiv land following a Needs Assessment model.
5. Establishment of Ayatutu Radio, a Community Radio station that will serve both as a voice for the Tiv people and a media too for advocacy and other Development Communication projects.
